Working At Endless

This is a full-time position working at minimum 40 hours a week. Generally, you will be working when you feel most productive and when work is required. Due to the nature of this position you may be required to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends.

Job Summary

Operations Project Managers partner closely with clients to build solutions to their events using the best event technology. They match event technologies to client needs and then lead the execution of those technologies. This includes understanding event technology and how it can enhance the event experience as well as managing budgets and timelines to leading up to the event to ensure all details have been taken care of. Events include festivals, corporate events, social events and non-profit events, and ultimately providing the best experience possible. This position is responsible for:

  • Establishing rapport with clients on assigned accounts
  • Creating and managing client quotes, invoices, and proposals
  • Managing multiple projects at once
  • Performing day-to-day client contact and conducting client meetings to uncover business needs and objectives
  • Requesting pricing and information from vendors on additional services clients may request
  • Communicating crucial information to the engineers and on-site teams
  • Following up and building long-term relationships with current clients and key stakeholders
  • Become a subject matter expert in event technology for events

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience in event operations
  • Previous experience in planning and executing virtual/hybrid events
  • Previous experience in planning large-scale virtual/hybrid events ($250,000+)
  • Ability to manage 20-30 projects at any time
  • Passion, excitement, energy, humor, and the ability to convey this through video call, phone and email communications
  • Ability to educate the leads on potential solutions to their problems and being a subject matter expert
  • Great organizational skills to follow-up with previous clients & manage details of events
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with little supervision

Compensation Working As A Project Manager

As a Project Manager, we want to empower you to control your own destiny when it comes to advancement and compensation. As such we designed our compensation model to do just that. With that being said, the starting salary for this position is $50,000 plus commission earned from sales. However, based on goals and performance, you can be making upwards of $75,000 base plus commission on the profit from the events you manage. If you hit those goals within your first year of working at Endless, your base and commission structure will be adjusted.
