Working At Endless

This is a part-time position working at minimum 20 hours a week. Generally you will be working when you feel most productive and when work is required. Due to the nature of this position you may be required to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends.

Job Summary

Executive Assistants work with our leadership to assist them in daily tasks, meetings and discussions. They keep our leadership organized and on-track to accomplish their goals. This position is responsible for:

  • Communicate with assigned team member regular to assist in all projects
  • Booking travel (including international travel)
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Manage email inbox by responding on behalf of assigned team member
  • Solve problems creatively
  • Assist in assigned team member's task list
  • Take notes during meetings
  • Help hire great people. Help people that are not a good fit find another job
  • Communicate company vision and goals to the entire team and the rest of the community
  • Help praise the right behavior
  • Keep the board of directors and investors well-informed and engaged in Endless' continued growth and success
  • Oversee the continued build out of a great team

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience in working inside of an event company
  • Previous experience in planning and executing event production or virtual/hybrid events
  • Previous experience in planning large-scale events ($250,000+)
  • Ability quickly handle multiple tasks and organize them based on priority
  • Passion, excitement, energy, humor, and the ability to convey this through video call, phone and email communications
  • Great organizational skills to follow-up & manage details of projects
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with little supervision
  • Fast and reliable internet connection & computer (100Mbps up/down)
  • Bias towards immediate action and results
  • Willingness and desire to be part of the foundation of a growing company
  • Strong fit with the Endless culture and unwavering commitment to customer service and satisfaction
  • Experience using Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Docs

Brownie Points

  • Experience using Hugo note-taking software
  • Project management software experience (Asana, Teamwork, Todoist Airtable, etc)
  • Experience using Xero accounting software
  • CRM (specifically Hubspot) experience
  • Inbound Certified
  • Experience in events specifically technical event production & audiovisual services for events
