Working At Endless
This is a full-time position working, at minimum, 40 hours a week. Generally you will be working when you feel most productive and when work is required. Due to the nature of this position you may be required to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends.

Job Summary
Implementation Managers touch every aspect of our company implementation of events. They combine process and awesome leadership to grow their teams and the events their team produces. Events include festivals, corporate events, social events and non-profit events, and virtual/hybrid formats. This position is responsible for:

  • Building out platforms for clients-we are tech-agnostic and utilize different tools for each unique event. Platform build out examples include Remo, Whereby, and Swapcard.
  • Establishing a process/system for training clients on technology for their events
  • Being the “go-to” person for tech questions from the Endless team
  • Managing multiple projects at once
  • Leading a team of implementation specialists (remotely)
  • Collaborating with the Ops department to schedule implementation specialists on shows, based on skill, availability, etc.
  • Building new processes in relation to the strategy, design and execution of our client events
  • Hiring new teammates who match our culture and can help our company grow
  • Research event technology solutions for us to implement
  • Train Endless employees & clients on the technologies we choose
  • Become a subject matter expert in event technology for events
  • Establishing rapport with clients on key accounts
  • Serve as an Implementation Specialist as needed on target accounts
  • Lead weekly Implementations meetings and daily huddles
  • Attend weekly ops meetings and daily huddles

Position Requirements

Let's be honest. When going down this list, if you can't whole-heartedly say "That's me!" to all of these, we recommend you look at other positions within the company first.
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience in event technical production

  • Previous experience in planning and executing virtual/hybrid events
  • Previous experience in planning large-scale events ($1,000,000+ total budget)
  • Previous experience managing operations for an event company with $5M in annual revenue
  • Previous experience building out event platforms
  • Ability to manage 20-30 projects at any time
  • Ability to lead a team of 20+ for long-term projects and inside companies (not just for a single event)
  • Passion, excitement, energy, humor, and the ability to convey this through video call, phone and email communications
  • Ability to educate the leads on potential solutions to their problems and being a subject matter expert
  • Great organizational skills to follow-up with previous clients & manage details of events
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with little supervision
  • Fast and reliable internet connection & computer
  • Bias towards immediate action and results
  • Willingness and desire to be part of the foundation of a growing company

Brownie Points

  • Experience using a CAD software
  • Previous experience in web design and app integrations
  • Project management software experience (Asana, Teamwork, Airtable, Basecamp etc)
  • CRM (specifically Hubspot) experience
  • Inbound Certified
  • Inbound Sales Certified
  • Inbound Sales Software Certified
  • Experience in events specifically technical event production, audiovisual services, & event technology such as event apps & registration software
