Working At Endless
This is a full-time position working at minimum 40 hours a week. Generally, we work within US hours however, we heavily rely on asynchronous communication as our team is spread across the world. We like to balance our company vision & goals with individual autonomy for you to do your best work possible. Due to the nature of our business within the events industry you may be required to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends.
Endless has been a remote-only company since 2015. We want you to work in the place in the world that makes you happy, that inspires you daily, and helps you to become the person that you wish to be (but has a stable internet connection!). You will work with team members scattered around the world and across time zones to build a better culture and service. Remote at Endless means you are a digital native within the organization and will need to be inherently self-sufficient in problem-solving and digital communication.
Sales Account Executives close sales opportunities and work with clients to build solutions to their events. They match company services with client needs. This includes selling understanding technical production & audio visual equipment and how it can enhance the event experience. You will also work with the client leading up to the day of the event to ensure all details have been taken care of. Events include festivals, corporate events, social events and non-profit events, and ultimately providing the best experience possible. This position is responsible for:

Compensation Working As An Account Executive
As an Account Executive, we want to empower you to control your own destiny when it comes to advancement and compensation. As such we designed our compensation model to do just that. With that being said, the starting salary for this position is $35,000 plus commission earned from sales. However, based on goals and performance, you can be making upwards of $75,000 base plus commission on the sales you make. If you hit those goals within your first year of working at Endless, your base and commission structure will be adjusted.
